Request deletion of your information

If you submitted information through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or another LVANJU enquiry channel, you may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

How to make a request

1. Email ty1985865005@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data deletion request”.
2. Tell us which email address or phone number you used in the enquiry and, if known, the form or approximate submission date.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify the request before acting on it. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically required through an appropriate secure process.

What happens next

We will review the request, locate relevant records in the systems we control, and respond using the contact information you provided. We will delete or anonymize eligible records, subject to any lawful reasons to retain information such as transaction records or compliance obligations. We will explain any applicable limitation in our response.

Information held by Meta or others

Deleting an LVANJU CRM record does not automatically delete data held independently by Facebook, Instagram, or another service. For those records, use that provider's privacy tools as well.
