Every order runs on a signed specification with checkpoints at material intake, inline production, pre-compression and final loading.

Can we visit the factory or arrange an audit?
Yes. LVANJU welcomes buyer visits to the Foshan production base, and can host a live video walkthrough for buyers who cannot travel. Contact us with your preferred dates and the scope you want to review.
What is your production capacity?
The Foshan base covers 30,000 m² with 50+ team members and produces 2,000+ sofas and mattresses per month across upholstery, foam and frame lines.
Which quality certifications apply?
Programs are presented under ISO 9001 quality management and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 textile safety, with a 5-year product warranty. Ask our team for the current certificates relevant to your market.
Can you produce to our own drawings and brand?
That is the core of our OEM/ODM service. We work from your drawings, a reference product or a target price and market position, then develop, sample and scale the platform under your brand.
