OEM / ODM partnership questions
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM means we manufacture to your design and specification under your brand. ODM means we develop the product for you — from a reference, a drawing or a target price — and you launch it under your brand. Most LVANJU partnerships combine both.
How does sampling work and does it cost?
After we agree the specification we produce a physical sample for comfort, fabric, construction and packaging sign-off. Sample cost and whether it is credited against your first bulk order are confirmed in your quotation.
Can you protect our design and not sell it to others?
Yes. We are happy to work under an NDA and can agree exclusivity terms for your developed platform and market in the supply agreement. Ask our team for the standard NDA before sharing drawings.
