Sourcing and specification questions

Can the mattress cover be removed and washed?

Yes. The cover is fully detachable — it unzips from the platform for cleaning, and a replacement cover can be fitted later without replacing the mattress.

Can comfort layers be replaced?

Yes. The construction is modular, so the comfort layer can be swapped or upgraded after delivery. That lets a program extend the product lifecycle in-market instead of shipping a complete new unit.

Which motor system is used?

German motor systems, selected for stable, precise and quiet articulation across repeated cycles. Motors are specified per destination market in 110 V or 220 V.

Can we customize branding and the APP?

Yes. Your brand goes on the cover, label, packaging and documentation, and the control app is either white-labelled or integrated into your existing platform through the supplier SDK.

What sizes are available?

Single, twin, full, queen and king in both metric and imperial markets, plus custom dimensions for hospitality and project orders.

Do you support OEM and ODM?

Yes. We develop from your drawings, a reference product or a target price position, then sample, approve and scale the platform under your brand.
